1. Shenzhen Borden Flavors Co., Ltd., founded in 1991, has expanded from more than 30 employees to 1,455 (the total number of China Flavors & Fragrances Group), with total assets of more than 20 billion RMB;

2. At the end of 2005, China Flavors & Fragrances Co., Ltd., as the parent company of Shenzhen Bolton Flavors & Fragrances Co., Ltd., was successfully listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (stock code :3318);

3. The company has been recognized as a state-level high-tech enterprise, rated as Top 500 of China Chemical Industry - Top 10 of Flavors and Fragments, and awarded the titles of Guangdong Provincial Brand, Guangdong Provincial Famous Trademark, and Shenzhen Nanshan District Mayor Quality Award;

4. Borton Science and Technology Park, located in Nanshan District, Shenzhen, covers an area of more than 80,000 square meters, with a construction area of 200,000 square meters. It is the largest fragrance production and R&D base in Asia.

5. Taking the path of combining production, learning and research, the enterprise has established joint research and development centers and doctoral teaching stations in aroma chemistry with China Agricultural University, Shanghai Institute of Technology, Jiangnan University and South China University of Technology, and has also cooperated with Shenzhen University to train graduate students. The research project has been rated as the major science and technology projects of Shenzhen and has been commended and supported by the Shenzhen government.
